Susan Hunter Bio:
Susan Hunter is the Principal of Hunter & Associates, a consulting firm that helps companies manage and improve organizational performance. With over 25 years of experience, Susan works with business leaders to improve people processes and to create high performing work environments. Prior to starting her own firm, she was the Vice-President in the Performance, Rewards and Talent practice for a global consulting firm based in Toronto. Susan holds a national designation as a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), has a BA from the University of Toronto and is Hogan certified. Susan is a frequent speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on the topics of Human Resource strategies and best practices and is a part-time instructor with the HRPA. Susan has been a member of The Rotary Club of Toronto since 2002 and is currently serving on the Club board.
