Lorna Johnson, is a Consultant and Adviser to the Fintech industry through her firm CalderJohnsonConsulting Inc. She is also the Canadian and Australian Country Representative for Unwire, the pre-eminent mobile payment and transit ticketing white-label developer in Scandinavia.
 
Lorna has 25 years’ experience in executive roles with Interac Association/ Acxsys Corporation, National Australia Bank, St. George Bank (Westpac), AXA Australia and Booz & Co.,a global top tier management consulting firm.
 
She is a former Board Director with B-Pay, Australia's largest electronic bill payment network. Early in her career, she spent 10 years in the New Brunswick forestry industry. 
 
She now leverages her expertise in digital banking and payments, her strategic leadership experience and her commercial common sense to help her clients enter new markets and to deliver digital transformations.
 
Having moved to Toronto in 2012, Lorna is immersed in the Canadian and global Fintech communities, making sense of financial technology disruptors such as Paypal, ApplePay, Googlepay, Wealth Simple and innovations such as Block Chain, and Artificial Intelligence.  
 
Committed to lifelong learning, Lorna has recently graduated from the Directors Education Program at U of T's Rotman Business School.
 
She has an MBA and Masters in Environmental Studies from Yale University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University (Australia), and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of New Brunswick. 
 
Lorna is married to Cliff Johnson and has been a Rotarian in Australia, the U.S. and Canada since 2009. She joined the Rotary Club of Toronto in 2013.
