Peter Bulut is the Owner and President of Great Lakes Brewery, a fiercely independent craft brewery firmly rooted in Etobicoke. Bulut, also a resident of Etobicoke, takes great pride in the brewery he's built in his backyard and credits the success of the business to the family like atmosphere he has created within, and outside, the brewery walls. Through his leadership and managerial style, Great Lakes Brewery continues to grow at a healthy and sustainable pace with a focus on the Ontario market. Bulut believes in supporting communities through action and engagement while empowering staff to get involved in the charitable endeavours of Etobicoke neighbours.
